Introducing Crystal Chords Director, Chris Dunbar, in her own words...

Being a Charter Member of the Crystal Chords, I’ve been singing barbershop for nearly 30 years.   During that time, I’ve had the privilege of serving in various administrative roles within the chorus, including Chapter President, and Choreographer.   I’ve also served at the Area level as Area 3 Education Chair, and at the International level as International Quartet Coordinator.    I’ve had experience in the role of “Director” as a school Choir Director, working with Middle School and High School students, and also as a guest director for the Crystal Chords on a song or two.     As Director, I hope to continue the wonderful legacy of Bill & Donna McKay – to encourage and support each other as we all strive for excellence, and to have a little fun along the way!     It’s GREAT to be a CRYSTAL CHORD!!
